Prior to being admitted as an attorney, Mr. O'Brien was employed by the New York Stock Exchange Division of Enforcement. As an attorney, Mr. O'Brien was employed by the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, Division of Securities, where he prosecuted securities violations.
